1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Manhattan Viral ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Services

Physical Goods: All physical apparel items (hoodies, tees, caps, totes, bundles) are limited-edition drops. Each drop is numbered and quantities are final. Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked.

Digital Products: Digital tools, templates, automation scripts, and software are provided "as is" with no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. Digital products are non-refundable after download.

AI Services: Custom AI automation setups and strategy sessions are performed on a time-and-materials basis. Deliverables will be scoped in writing before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Physical goods ship from New York City. Shipping times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Tracking is provided for all orders.

5. Refunds & Returns

Physical Goods: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Digital Products: All sales are final. No refunds on downloaded or accessed digital products.

Services: Consulting and setup services are billed at 50% upfront / 50% on delivery. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a full refund of the outstanding portion.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, code, and content are the intellectual property of Manhattan Viral. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Manhattan Viral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
