Physical Products
We accept returns on unworn, unused physical items in original packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery.

- Ship the item back — buyer pays return shipping
- Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Limited-edition items may be exchanged only if replacement stock is available
Digital Products
All digital products (templates, scripts, toolkits, guides) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If a digital product is defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or resolution.
Services & Consulting
1-on-1 Consulting (1hr, $299): Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows are charged in full.
Automation Sprint ($997): Billed 50% upfront / 50% on delivery of agreed scope. If we fail to deliver the scoped deliverables within the agreed timeline, the outstanding portion is refunded in full. Dissatisfaction with completed work may be escalated for review on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products ($49–$99): Toolkits, packs, and engines — non-refundable after download. Defective or misdescribed files get a replacement or resolution within 7 days.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through our GitHub repository or social channels with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Exceptions
In rare cases (e.g., defective items, shipping errors), we may extend or modify this policy at our discretion. You will always be treated fairly.
